The first of all firsts is taking place at the Chicago Auto Show this year. The first Jeep® pickup truck we’ve seen in decades is debuting: the all-new 2020 Jeep Gladiator. At first glance, it’s the classic Jeep Wrangler with a truck bed. However, this rugged mid-size pickup truck is truly one of a kind. In fact, it’s the only open-air pickup truck in the industry, equipped for the best of adventures.
The all-new truck has four trim levels: Sport, Sport S, Overland, and Rubicon. They come standard with four-wheel drive and utilize a 3.0-liter V6 engine and a six-speed manual transmission with an option for an eight-speed automatic. They generate 285 horsepower and 265 lb-ft of torque that helps it get a class-leading towing capacity of up to 7,650 pounds with the proper towing package. There’s also a best-in-class payload capacity of 1600 pounds for all your projects (or helping to move your buddy for the fourth time).
As you can imagine, people are very excited about the release of this pickup truck, as it’s a historic change in the Jeep line. Want to find out if you can own one of your own? Visit with our Jeep finance center at Pamby Motors Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM to get pre-qualified.
